About Kevin Lilly

Before establishing himself as a healthcare technology executive with MiMedx and other companies, Kevin Lilly majored in marketing and management at Kansas State University. During his four years at the school, he stayed active on campus as a champion athlete and a member of both the Student Union Arts Committee and Sigma Chi Fraternity. Kevin Lilly ultimately graduated from Kansas State with dual bachelor’s degrees and accepted a position as an account executive with Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Working in this company’s Hospitex division, Mr. Lilly was consistently one of the top 10 sales representatives, winning the Rising Star Award for exceeding sales goals in Baxter Healthcare’s third-biggest territory. After three and a half years of success with Baxter, Mr. Lilly enrolled at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, where he earned an MBA in international management in one year.

Later returning to Baxter Healthcare, Mr. Lilly ultimately became the director of global marketing with the Chicago-based Biotech Group. Over the following two decades, he continued to excel in sales at BellSouth, Facet Technologies, Spectrx, McKesson, and Standard Register Healthcare.

In 2015, Mr. Lilly accepted the position of vice president at MiMedx. Overseeing the regenerative medicine company valued at more than $300 million, he more than doubled the company’s annual sales and nearly doubled the size of its sales force, all within three years.
